Relax And Restore......

After the Stress Fest of last week, I was so ready for the weekend. To relax and restore. My weekend lived up to what I hoped.

Saturday was busy, but good busy, enjoyable busy.....visits from sisters, visits too sisters.....new haircut, always a good thing, and long overdue! A trip to Ikea, and a bag full of goodies.....I love their wrapping paper and ribbons!

Sunday involved.......sleeping in, slow breakfasts, crispy gardens, good food, keeping warm, watching films by candlelight......and lots, and lots of crochet.

So I'm ready for the week, facing it with a smile on my face, it's amazing what two days can do........

Have a great week everyone, thanks for reading,

Amanda :) xxx

  20. Hi Amanda. Taking a break has really done you good! O M G how productive and energetic are you??? One blog post after another, I can't even keep up with it. Ha ha ha! Adding features on your blog page and iPhone. Playing with your camera... It is lovely to see. I see you have started on some cute flowers for your girls... Good for you. Have you checked out PicMonkey.com. Fun fun fun editing and collage software. Free. You can have a blast there and even make up a fabulous header for you blog if you wish. Or buttons for your side bar. Customized sizes, edit your photos. I love PicMonkey. Take care my lovely. don't burn yourself out with all that creative stuff. Ha ha ha!

    1. Hi Annette, yes a renewed bloggy energy! I love PicMonkey but can't get it on my iPad, which is a little frustrating! I've started the flowers, I might do them both a cushion and sew flowers onto them, not sure as yet, but I'm going to enjoy flower making! :) xxx

    2. Hmmm
Wonder why Picmonkey doesn't work on the iPad. Special app maybe. I'll do some research and get back if I find out something. Happy to see you so energized.
