Well My Lovelies, it's been a busy day.........
Mr Bea fetched Clarice back from the doctors today, it's no wonder she hadn't been stitching very well, her timing was out, her wheel was stuck.....the repair man said she really wasn't being used enough, so guess what I'll be doing more of in the future!
I finished this, I will reveal more after Christmas, as its a present! I've also been indulging in a little (actually a lot!) of Pom Pom making....
Turning this.....into these!
It really is like magic! They do make me smile!
I've been turning some granny squares into lavender bags too.
Minnie's been busy too......sleeping!
I hope everyone is well and enjoying the lead up to the festive season! Thank you for popping by, I'll pop over to see you all before Christmas....see what you're up too, no doubt it will be creative, colourful, and Christmassy!
I've been trying to pop over to say hello to some new commenters, but google+ hasn't let me, and I'm not sure why! I will try again over the holidays.
Bye for now,
Ada :) xxx
Lovely pompoms!
ReplyDeleteI am utterly hopeless at pompom making ... they sort of implode, every time I try. But I did string together some little felt hearts today :)
Love all your colourful creativeness!

Love the pom poms they always make me smile. I find Google often puts a gremlin or two in my computer, just to annoy me! Truth be told I'm not good when computers don't do what they should do. I usually try another day and it's usually fine! Flissx

Hello Ada, my lovely! You've already popped over to me, thanks for your lovely comments ... I love all your Christmas craftiness, it's just gorgeous, there are some lucky people out there, the receivers of your wonderful handmade gifts. So much more special than just going into a shop and buying something. I'm also having the same trouble with Google, I don't really know what to do either and don't want new commenters to think I'm ignoring them!
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous time Ada Bea, and looking forward to hearing all about your Christmas!
Love Claire xx
I love pom poms too as they are just make you smile. I've treated myself to some makers and what a blessing they are for making both the round and the heart ones. I love following your blog with the colourful makes, lavender and dozing cat. It also made me laugh that your sewing machine is guilt tripping you and I hope my very new one doesn't get wind of this.
