Positive Thinking January

So here are my Positive Things for this week of January.......

Coffee, tea, seem to feature heavily.....time to sit and reflect, time to bake, time to crochet, time to blog and connect, time with friends, gifts from friends....and a bunch of tulips, gift to myself. It's been a very stressful week here, I can't share the details because they aren't mine to share. I've felt the impact of that stress on my body, and its sent my MS symptoms a bit awry.

So I've needed to hold on to those Positive Moments with both hands this week, as tight as tight can be.....and today I'm glad it's Friday, a chance to relax and spend time with my family. Time to heal.

I'm not too sure what we will be doing this weekend, we've deliberately kept it 'plan' free.....give us all time to rebalance. And if the weather lets us, there will definitely be time to breath in fresh air.

Whatever you are doing this weekend......enjoy!

I've popped a bloglovin button on my sidebar too......should anyone find it helpful! ;) xxx

  1. I think everyone should just sit and do nothing for while just to relax, rebalance and rethink

  2. Yes and you can share how it affects you, because that is yours, and then you can receive the support you need. January feels like a bit of a transition. It's good though and I think there is a lot of positive. I hope things calm down and the weekend brings a new energy of settledness. X

  4. I just realized you were back!! I saw you commenting about adding IG to your sidebar and thought, "Wait! What? She's been blogging again?" I'm so happy to see you again, I thought I had you on bloglovin', but I've been too busy for much visiting, so probably missed you. I hope your symptoms ease up a bit and allow you to have a lovely weekend with your family! Sometimes (often, even) unscheduled is the best way to go!

  6. i'm sorry to hear about your stressful week. I do hope you can have a nice relaxing weekend, time to recharge and build your strength up for next week! It is so hard sometimes when stress so easily knocks you physically as well as mentally. I find it has the same effect on my Lupus. Keep the tea and coffee flowing, chill and create all you can and hopefully you will pick up again soon!! I shall be praying for you. Sharon xx

  21. Hello! I just spotted you'd joined my blog.
Yours is lovely - and so are your things! I want that lamp of yours (I'm now on the hunt for some beautiful vintage scraps) and I'm rather taken with your peapod pincushion too...
Looking forward to having a read through your previous posts.
