Snippets.....

Here are some snippets of my week so far.........

I seem to have spent most of the time in the kitchen, this eating healthy is a full time job....well it is for a novice like me anyway! I've not yet learnt to balance cookery and crochet, but I will. I feel tired but in control, which feels very good! I've had 4 days of only eating fresh, unprocessed food. A mental shift has happened, if not a physical one......yet!

I'm not going to be around for a few days......a surprise treat, well I'm hoping so anyway, will reveal more if it actually happens!

Be back next week......have a lovely week everyone!

Amanda :) xxx

  2. Eating healthy IS a ton of work but you get the hang of it eventually. I've been vegan for almost 3 years now and I feel 100% better for it.

    Talk soon!

  6. I am finding exactly the same thing - healthy eating seems to equate to more planning before meals, not to mention the chopping and prep of all that healthy stuff! Perhaps it becomes easier when it is second nature.

  10. I love your snippets. The daffodils are so pretty. I just bought a bunch myself this morning and I have spread them out over three parts of the house. I can't wait until they bloom.
