Weekend Summed Up...

An afternoon chat, heart poured out. Difficult times, for a very close friend.

Sunflowers from another, to say thank you.

Prom dresses to match wardrobes.

Leavers Prom. She looked beautiful, sweet. Eleven years not a day older, refreshing. An excited daughter, an emotional Mum!

Traumatised cat, locked all night in garden studio. Poo. Wee. Tattered rug.

Gin from a friend to say...enjoy your studio..I will, cheers!

Gardening, there's meditation in watering plants.

Friendly cats.

Good food.

Unfinished projects...!!!

Two falls, bruised and battered. Retreated under my Happy Blanket. It took a while to work.

How's your weekend been?

My cat Timmy got locked in our summer house one night last week he had had a poo on my sofa and was sick on the floor I was not a happy person but accidents happen. Its been a stressful weekend in fact its been a stressful few weeks and I am just hoping that there is going to be a lightbulb moment soon for my son. Anyway on a light note enjoy your lovely garden and have a lovely week, dee xx

Could you maybe put a cat flap in your studio, but then I guess you'd never get them out of there!
How did you manage to fall over not once, but twice? Hope you are not too sore

  10. They have proms aged 11 now? Clearly my lot are old enough for that to have missed us. But she sure looks pretty in her darling blue frock.

I'm glad the happy blanket worked its magic in the end and I do hope that your bruises are healing and that that's your fall quota for the rest of the year used up already x

  11. The school have started calling it a Leavers Celebration now, think a few of the parents said it was OTT, kids still call it prom though! Bruised healing nicely thanks Annie, although my legs aren't going to look great in shorts this year! ;) xxx
